Ticket Types

There are several variations of the One-Ticket depending on whether you choose Bus only or Bus +Rail, and whether Day, 7 day, 28 day or Annual.



Day Tickets

Bus only Day tickets are widely available from PayPoint outlets. A full list of retailers can be found at the online Paypoint Agent Locator.

The ticket will display the Travelarea and the date of travel, and must be sealed within the plastic wallet provided.

The One-Ticket wallet which is used for ALL bus products EXCEPT annual tickets, has the One Ticket logo down both sides, has a clear, laminated front and once the ticket is placed inside the wallet, it is sealed and the ticket cannot be tampered with.  The Conditions of Use are clearly shown on the reverse of the wallet.

No Photo ID is required for Day Tickets.

7 Day and 28 Day Tickets

These tickets can be purchased online or from Paypoint outlets. Use the Paypoint Agent Locator to find your nearest retailer.

A Photo ID incorporating a passport style photo is required.

These tickets will display the Travelarea, the duration, the valid from and expiry dates and your Photo ID number. The number on the ticket must match the number on your Photo ID card.

Tickets must be sealed within the plastic wallet provided.

Annual Tickets

Annual tickets can be purchased online.

A Photo ID incorporating a passport style photo is required.

These tickets will display the Travelarea, the duration, the valid from and expiry dates and your Photo ID number. The number on the ticket must match the number on your Photo ID card.

Bus + Rail Week/Month/Annual Tickets

These tickets can only be purchased at a rail station ticket office.

A Photo ID incorporating a passport style photo is required which will be issued at the rail station.

These tickets will display the Travelarea, the duration, the valid from and expiry dates and your Photo ID number. The number on the ticket must match the number on your Photo ID card.
