Our conditions of use state that “One-Tickets are Non Refundable and Non Transferable. It is recommended that you insure your season ticket against theft, damage or loss.”
Many banks now offer card insurance with the accounts they offer, or your credit, debit, travel cards can be insured under your household contents insurance along with cash, mobile phones etc.
